Note: Climate data is referenced from Climate-Data.org, including annual temp, precipitation, and climate classification, based on the Köppen climate classification system, which I have also adopted.
Information on soil type is pulled from the producer’s website when available, otherwise it is referenced from Oxford Companion to Wine, or elsewhere on the web.
Markers are placed based on whatever information I have available, some vaguely pinpoint the region, while others may be marking the vineyard, or even a tasting room. While I try to be accurate, as my information is inconsistent, so too is the accuracy of my map.
